kami:

In accordance to the law of sheep, in which I follow what everyone else is doing, I now have comments on my Tumblr. w00t.

/the law of sheep has nothing to do with sheep shagging, honest.

But where are said comments, kami? How does one see them/comment?

I have no fucking idea where my life is right now. Or where it’s going. I’m spending most of my time sitting here in my room on the computer, playing the NDS or sleeping. The other time is spent eating. Or at the bar at uni drinking $10 jugs. My parents are beginning to wonder if I ever do my university homework anymore. I don’t, but that’s not what I tell them. I haven’t checked my e-mail in four days because I’m afraid of what I’ll find in there (I e-mailed a lecturer last week re: an assignment I had no intention of doing but was freaking out about anyway).

I really need to make another appointment with my psychologist. But even that’s too hard. I’d rather just sleep. And eat. And sleep some more. God I want a drink. Pity I’d actually have to leave the house to get some. At least sleeping doesn’t require effort.

Good times.

William Shakespeare’s: ‘The Tempest’

Opening last Thursday evening at 8pm, Monash University Student Theatre put on a production of ‘The Tempest’, a show with magic.

I arrived at around 6pm on the Tuesday evening before the opening, to begin preparation as the Sound Operator. After going through every cue, sound and light, we finally finished up at around 1am Wednesday morning. The following evening was quite similar, but consisted of a smoother full rehearsal rather than a cue by cue. Since then, I have been trying to perfect my cue delivery at each performance, and tonight, Wednesday the 30th of April, 2008, or show six of the production, I finally managed to play each cue on time, at the correct volume, and pull them out at the right time.

If you live in Melbourne, the show will be on until this Saturday (the 3rd) at Monash University, Clayton campus, although I believe there are very few seats left.
